We offer a variety of payment options, including financing, on all our Wood Fired Pool & Hot Tub Heaters. At check out you will have the option to pay by Credit Card/PayPal or Finance through Affirm if it is available for your order.

If your heater or part is instock you can usually expect that it will be shipped within 48 business hours.  Our inventory is posted in real time including how many units are available at the time you place your order.

Complete hot tubs can take upto 5 business days to prepare.  Once your tub is ready to ship you will be contact by our shipping manager to ensure we have all the correct details.  

A tracking number will be automatically sent to the email you provided  once your order has shipped.
